GRA is a strategic advisory firm specialising in public policy and government affairs.

Established in 1994, the firm is at the forefront of Australia’s government relations sector, with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide and Perth (GRA-Everingham) and unparalleled networks in government across the country.  GRA’s key objective is to assist clients maximise the effectiveness of their engagement with government and the public policy process to further their organisational objectives.

GRA's team comprises senior and highly experienced people drawn from varied backgrounds, including elected government, senior ministerial advisory positions, departmental agencies, industry groups, media and the private sector. The broad-based and bipartisan composition of this team provides the firm's clients with a unique blend of political and commercial expertise.

GRA works with Australian and international clients across all significant industry sectors and is engaged on either a long-term or project-specific basis. The firm specialises in assisting clients effectively navigate the hierarchy of federal and state governments in Australia, and is registered under the Commonwealth Government Lobbying Code of Conduct and equivalent codes in each state.

Through GRA Asia and a resident office in Beijing, the firm also assists companies in the establishment and development of their government and commercial relationships in Asia, with a particular focus on China, Thailand and Taiwan.

In 1998, GRA entered into a strategic alliance with Australia’s largest marketing and communications group, Clemenger Group, and the worldwide Omnicom group of companies.  GRA also has ongoing associations with leading government relations firms in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand, as well as elsewhere around the world.
