GRA is an ethical organisation and was the first specialist government relations firm in Australia to publish a Code of Practice, which it did in 1999.

The values encapsulated in this Code of Practice are substantially reflected in Lobbying Codes of Conduct introduced by the Australian and West Australian Governments in recent times and with which GRA and its staff are registered.

GRA takes seriously the issue of conflict of interest. The firm has developed a set of Guidelines on Conflict of Interest to manage these issues as they arise.
